We understand that plans can change and that marine experiences are weather-dependent. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with safety and operational requirements.
72 hours or more before departure:
Full refund or reschedule at no cost.
Between 48 and 72 hours before departure:
Credit issued for the full booking value, valid for 12 months.
Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show:
No refund or credit.
All cancellation times are calculated from the scheduled departure time.
Your safety is our highest priority. If we cancel a sailing due to unsafe weather conditions, operational reasons, or marine safety requirements, you may choose one of the following options:
Weather cancellations are determined by the skipper based on marine forecasts, wind strength, sea state, and safety considerations.
Sailing may proceed in light rain, cloud cover, or variable conditions where safe to do so. Sunset visibility is not guaranteed, as weather conditions are beyond our control.
No refunds are provided for:
Guests who arrive after the scheduled departure time may be unable to board. In these circumstances, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund or credit will be provided.
If you booked through a third-party platform (including booking agents or resellers), their cancellation terms may apply in addition to this policy.
