By booking and participating in any VOYŌ Gold Coast sunset sailing experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
Food offerings are provided as small share tapas and are intended for light grazing during the sailing experience. Menu items may vary based on availability and operational considerations and do not constitute a full meal or restaurant service.
While reasonable efforts are made to accommodate dietary requirements where notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination.
Alcohol is served from a licensed onboard bar in accordance with Queensland liquor licensing requirements. Service of alcohol is at the discretion of the crew, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any guest in accordance with responsible service of alcohol obligations.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your Gold Coast sunset sailing reservation.
Booking confirmations will be sent via email to the address provided.
Please arrive at Stadium Marina, The Spit, Main Beach at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
All guests must follow the instructions of the crew at all times. The captain's decision on all matters relating to safety is final.
Guests who behave in a manner that endangers themselves, other guests, or the vessel may be asked to disembark without refund.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
VOYŌ is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in any sailing experience, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend that guests with pre-existing medical conditions consult their physician before booking.
